The hotel provides parking behind the building. The restaurant includes tasty dinner choices with superb quality. Breakfast was freshly prepared. It had lots of choice. The local train station is a 3-minute walk. Trains to the city center take just 10 minutes.
I noticed staff lacked knowledge of the area. They were unable to recommend attractions.

Staff throughout the hotel was super friendly. They were very helpful. I requested assistance with my luggage, and the staff did carry my cases up for me. It was nice to see staff had formal training.

i booked an executive double room. i clearly read these rooms are in the garden building. the room was wow! it was spacious, light, and had all the needed facilities for a great hotel.
i thought my car would be safe in the car park. my car was badly damaged on the rear bumper, and there was a fail-to-stop accident. the cctv does not cover the cars.

my son's wedding happened here last year. the staff were polite, courteous, and always friendly. they were very good too ensure everyone was comfortable and happy, a beautiful gesture.
the card used to operate the lights also switched on the bathroom fan. i found that this fan could only be switched off by removing the card. using the toilet in the dark was a problem.

the venue is ideal for photographs, especially the spot in front of the building, and the sweeping staircase inside is majestic. i admired the architectural beauty .

the staff worked very hard to keep up with the service. they were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, so both guests and i felt really well looked after. i felt everyone celebrated our happy day with great tenderness.

i found the room very spacious and well-equipped. a nice coffee machine was available. my dogs enjoyed three large doggie cushions and two bowls each. the staff was friendly and accommodating to my pets.
